• Lead the design, management, and implementation of various capacity-building programs related to Countering Violent Extremism (CVE), from planning to reporting.
• Create project proposals, monitor budgets and expenses, and oversee the logistical planning of capacity-building activities.
• Manage grants and support their implementation with government partners and local organizations.

• Provide oversight of the project teams to ensure timely and strong execution of all facets of project cycle, including project layout, design of training modules, training process and schedule, and reporting.
• Supervise project trainers and technical consultants, and provide support as necessary.
• Build the capacity of field trainers (inside syria) through provision of training, coaching and regular feedback sessions.
• Support cooperation, regular contact and dialogue with partners, assists with PR work and cooperates with local communities, relevant organisations, private sector, non-governmental agencies and individuals in the program environment and with other projects to improve and maintain good working relationships.
• Assist with general project/intervention planning and develop project/intervention concepts including preparation, organisation and moderation of planning exercises and coordination of their implementation, management, monitoring, quality management, evaluation, communication and documentation for all three target areas.
• Contribute to designing and implementing the coordination process, joint program activities and work at the national level.
• Providing professional advisory services to partner institutions (Central Bank of Jordan) on technical and financial services on digital financial literacy.
• Strategic planning of support mechanisms for promote digital financial services with key stakeholders on national level.
• Supervise large grants with NGOs (e.g. JRF, Save the Children) and conceptualize measures to place 5000 Syrian refugees and Jordanians in training and awareness programs.

•led an expert team of three consultants, to deliver training concerned with Community Engagement, Initiatives, Advocacy and Facilitation Skills for youth and women councils, it reach out 320 trainees within two months period, which was highly appreciated by senior Management and councils leaders.
•Designed and implemented "all-staff retreat", Included workplan session, Attended by 110 employees, where I used highly interactive methods which allow me to keep participant's energy and their attention to the end.
•Co-designed the event agenda and acted as lead facilitator for youth Conferences, Attended by 300 participants. Trained session facilitators and advised presenters on interactive methods.
•Oversee the quality of delivered training implemented by external consultants and performing improvements.
•Conducting monitoring, evaluation and reflection activities with the program participants.
• Prepared and reviewed Conflict Management, Community engagement, Facilitation skills and Voluntary Work training outlines, and related training materials to be suitable for Jordan community.
• Conducted training topics related to Community Engagement, and Facilitation Skills by use stimulation and working groups method that made the training very helpful and practical.
• Conducted 18 Conflict Management and Mitigation trainings under my Supervision, reach out +200 trainees which came up with several initiatives and interventions to protect/ reduce conflict in their communities.
• Organized seminars/workshops for key stakeholders, organization leaders, and CEP teams.
• Planned and facilitated relevant capacity building activities, such as workshops and trainings, ensuring that the team have the understanding and capacity to be able to replicate such training's.
• I Founded Leaders of Life with the purpose of providing consultancy services and initiating innovative programs for developing positive change on individuals and communities. Involved in all areas within the organization - from the overall business strategy to the handling and facilitation of each project.
• I have oversaw the implementing of 12 projects which benefited NGOs, community’s members and students.

• Developed and led a project in the area of non-formal education, which was highly appreciated by the schools administrators.
• Created a program on recycling awareness which was presented at the national students' affairs competition.
• Implemented an expanded recycling program, while increasing environmental education, resulting in a 20% increase in recycling and a reduction in waste costs in the public schools.
• Created, developed and organized several learning events, team building and gala dinners for volunteers. including: generating theme, generating ideas for decoration and assessing and selecting suitable suppliers accordingly, planning and managing budget, planning event agenda and generating entertainment ideas. coordination with all parties needed inside and outside the organization.
• In my role as the Senior Trainer: I developed and implemented international training programs for adults based on the principles of non-formal education. My methods are highly interactive and use experiential learning, gamified sessions and reflective practices. Up to this point, I have developed over 65 programs, and delivered 1400+ hours of interactive sessions.
• I have worked on remotely training between Jordan and Tunisia to increase the capacity and skills of the network members, which was a very successful project with highly appreciated from Tunisia partner.
• I have designed and delivered a variety of leadership, management and personal skills training courses and workshops globally in 8 countries including in Germany, Bulgaria, Italy, Romania, Tunisia, Poland, Turkey and Jordan.
