Job Responsibilities:

• Maintaining day to day, analyzing daily incurred cost v/s profit for all customers handled.
• Responsible for data management, analyzing performance, identifying problems, developing and implementing solutions.
• P&L management i.e. controlling Costs, identifying the opportunities to improve Revenue and profit in every account to help in improving company goal.
• Checking operations, resources and volumes, schedule day to day activities.
• Study and implement new IT solutions to improve operations (Radio Frequency terminals, WMS etc.)
• Training and Motivating the team members / staff for smooth operation to provide Customer satisfaction and ensure set productivity targets (KPI’s) are met.
• Plan and execute day to day warehousing activities using resource scheduling tools and in accordance with contractual SLA's in place with customers.
• Monitor day to day inbound and out bound freight operations (AIR / SEA / LAND) and operational resources.
• Create & Evaluate Standard operating procedures (SOP) and Service Agreements for new & existing accounts.
• Keep Customers interest & focused on the business by conducting weekly / monthly review meetings and ensuring fulfillment of customers’ expectations on time by Preparing KAM (Kea Account Management) presentation.
• Monthly reporting to Management on volumes handled, Costs incurred, Revenue achieved, achievement of KPI’s (key performance indicators) and analyzing operations issues for the month.
• Monitoring tools updating on time i.e. Scheduling tool, Job cards, Performance board, Productivity tool, KPI for each customer Inbound & Outbound Plan, Score card for the customer and many other tools updated on LEAN board daily basis.
• Communicating with Customers, Shipping line, transporters, Suppliers, Contractors, teams and Managers by mail, phone call and meetings for smooth operation on regular basis.
• Monitoring productivity for the team regular basis and taking necessary action in order improve and maintain the good level of productivity by training, rewarding staff for the best performance every month.
• Making sure HSE, Housekeeping standard are met, monitoring daily basis by performing Daily tour and GEMBA

Store Keepers to resolve the same,
-Conducting Meeting with Store Managers to discuss the issues, necessary steps to resolve, work pressure for the coming weeks to make our self ready, etc.

MONTHLY
-Providing report to concern store managers for the items available in W/House branch plant including Food
items that they can order the items having short expiry dates in store if required, detail for the items available in all the warehouse Branch Plants, etc.

YEARLY
-Conducting stock count for all the W/House branch plants,
-Conducting Appraisals for all the employees including Store Keepers,
-Planning for the Employee's annual leave for the coming year,
-Participating in budget plan meeting for the next year, etc

OTHERS
