► Supervision of Accounts and Finance department.
► Preparation of monthly, quarterly and yearly budgets and variance analysis;
► Preparation, analysis and review of monthly management accounts;
► Preparation of monthly and annual financial statements.
► Examining, analysing and implementing company policies and accounting systems.
► Preparation of financial analysis and projections.
► Finalization of Accounts for audit purposes.
► Monitoring of Fixed Assets schedules detailing additions, disposals, adjustments and depreciation.
► Monitoring of Cash Flows, bank Reconciliation Statements, dealing with banks.
► Monitoring of Disbursement & Petty cash.
► Reviewing various Financial and Accounting Firms such as Payment Authorization, Miscellaneous Reimbursements and Travel Expense Forms.
► Liaison with internal & external Auditors.

1. Formulating audit strategy, preparing audit plan, and managing its progress;
2. Coordinating with various professionals; managing staff and mobilizing resources on the project;
3. Preparation/review of financial statements, covering and management letters and ensuring compliance with the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), International Standards on Auditing (ISA), and other relevant regulations as applicable.
4. On-the-job training and professional development of audit assistants through coaching and provision of performance feed back.
5. Reviewing working papers and getting the deliverables reviewed by partner and their sign off;
6. Developing healthy business relationship with the clients and seek further business opportunities for other lines of services of the firm.
7. Developing proposals.
