2. Coordinating with various professionals; managing staff and mobilizing resources on the project;
3. Preparation/review of financial statements, covering and management letters and ensuring compliance with the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), International Standards on Auditing (ISA), and other relevant regulations as applicable.
4. On-the-job training and professional development of audit assistants through coaching and provision of performance feed back.
5. Reviewing working papers and getting the deliverables reviewed by partner and their sign off;
6. Developing healthy business relationship with the clients and seek further business opportunities for other lines of services of the firm.
