Set up a new office and designed the Company from the start.
* All policies, and relevant company documentation in place to
process and deliver in Cooperate Security.
* Uniform design and business delivery marketing implemented
process for Company development.
* Costing and budgeting delivery implemented process delivery
for company account delivery within the company.
* Health and safety process, and company directive Manuel for
PAC to implement for business delivery.
* Employee company workers contracts set up for all employees
to deliver and meet company expectations.
* Company Structure and operational business development
implemented the Company Organizational chart and input to
expansion and service delivery process.
* Control Room, and GPS Tracking System delivery set up
operational delivery for both functions so that PAC have a
cooperate identity in both service deliveries towards business
Responsible for all security matters relating to Branch security
provision.
* Involved in Security design and restructuring in policy changes
and looking at solutions and developments in a cooperate level.
* Contractual process and development in business scope, and
getting our business to be delivering on a contractual process
and service delivery for the Company.
* Auditing on change for security each quarter being service
delivery and Workforce input.
* Security Surveys where required identifying all security breaches
and highlighting specific recommendations on behalf of
Company.
Responsible for the Management of Security Service Provision
towards Corporate Business within the LNG Project in Hides
PNG.
* Responsible in managing more than 550 work force together
with other company assets such as motor vehicles and
communication equipment systems etc throughout the project
site.
* Managing daily security requirements within the company to
meet client's security demands.
* Client liaison and feedback with regard to service provision.
* Operational support and training feedback on client location.
* Supervision support to client's location.
* Standard Operational Procedures being HSSL.
* OHS and HSSE within the Project Site with regard to HSSL.
* Manage vetting, screening and training for the company to make
sure all company and Exxon's requirements are met.
Responsible for Inter Oil Products Limited and project work
including Simberi and Lihir gold mine.
* Ensure that service provision for daily corporate security
requirements were maintained to client expectations.
Here I was looking after a Security account for 7 years. My role from the begining was to open small facilities in 9 different places. This was a workforce of an initial 130 staff. And was backed up with 10 Supervisors to maintain the daily supervision and processes at the relevant depot facility. My skills and Management in this area was giving overall management support to the facilities. The areas were as followed.
1. Operational Support Management
2. Incident and Liasion; to facilities.
3. Audit and Survey Input.
4. Training and Process Operational.
5. Client monthly Security Report Input.
6. Asset Protection process.
7. Emergency Support and response.
8. Leadership and Supervisory support.
Also as the Key Account holder with this buisness all Health and Safety policies and regulations also needed to be incorporated into the Security responsibilities so that all Client regulations were being processed from a Client basis. The overall functions of this job function was to make sure that the petroleum and assets at each facility was properly accounted for and security acted in a independent way. So that all reporting and checks can be properly screened and reported for any security breaches or internal issues amongst employees etc. The The Company was BP Oil; then InterOil; Security was for their down stream operations. This also included their Aviation outlets as well.
The account was operated through a tender process and for 7.5 years I managed this account (Security).
Responsible for Inter Oil Products Limited Security Provision,
nationwide.
* Ensured day to day contractual requirements are maintained and
delivered according to client demand and expectations.

* Responsible for 380 strong Security Force and overseeing Inter
Oil Projects in 9 Provinces within Papua New Guinea.
I was responsible for the Operations, and Training Liasion and daily support towards staff within Operations.
