Preparing and Posting Vacancies through different channels whether internal or external.
▪Perform searches for qualified job candidates, using sources such as job portals, job fairs and according to relevant job criteria, using various databases, as well as employee referrals.
▪Supporting the recruitment function by screening, interviewing and selecting candidates, whenever required while ensuring efficient comments documentation.
▪Interview job applicants to obtain information on work history, training, education, or job skills.
▪Coordinating interviews with the relevant managers and inform job applicants of details such as duties and responsibilities, compensation, benefits, schedules, working conditions, or promotion opportunities.
▪Contact job applicants to inform them of the status of their applications.
▪Contact and hire accepted applicants and extending job offers and process hiring-related paperwork.
▪Prepare contracts and keep track of all needed HR documents and ensure completeness of all personnel files.
