1- Set up and configure computers, peripherals, mails…etc.
2- Test, Install and repair software.
3- Take care about user’s files backup.
4- Provide basic troubleshooting, and maintenance for computer equipment.
5- Maintains records.
6- Provide daily assistance to the employees.
7- Additional duties as required.
