Network Integrator for Aviat Networks, a microwave radio OEM, (formerly Harris Microwave) 100% Travel
Install and provide network integration for large, complex microwave networks transporting TDM and Ethernet. Systems integration of TDM equipment including channel banks, multiplexors, and Ethernet equipment including switches and routers.
Install and support Network Management Systems and systems integration of NMS with all network elements.
Interface with the customer, management, and subcontractors as project lead to successfully complete numerous large projects.
Interim contract. Commission, configure, and troubleshoot all equipment, including microwave equipment from Dragonwave, Bridgewave, Ceragon, Motorola, Redline, and E-band, Ciena PBB-TE carrier switches, and 4G base stations (Motorola, Samsung, Huawei) on new cell towers nationwide for the Sprint/Clearwire 4G build out.
Travel to client sites to resolve workstation, server, and networking issues.
Upgrade network infrastructure, workstations, servers, switches, and routers.
Interim Contract. Internet Connectivity and Convention Center Network build Onsite Tech for the Conference Center.
Prototype Development

Site Survey of Wireless, Ethernet, and DSL High Speed Internet connectivity solutions in
Hotels nationwide.
Wireless network design and installation.
Solutions incorporated Cisco AP1100, and AP1200 Wireless Access Points, Cisco 2950,
and 3950 Switches, Cisco 1700 and 2600 series Routers connected to T1 circuits,
Power over Ethernet, and Paradyne DSL Switches.
Position required weekly travel throughout continental United States.,
