Founded and managed an independent arts and crafts business specializing in Arabic
calligraphy, Islamic geometric art, mixed-media artworks, and handcrafted products.

• Conduct a variety of structured and unstructured activities (recreational, psycho-social and informal skills training) for beneficiaries, catering to the various psycho-social needs and interests of different beneficiary groups (adults, adolescents, children);
• Prepare for structured psycho-social support activities by carefully reading the PSS SOPs and Curriculum Manuals and preparing all required material and equipment in advance;
• Conduct recreational activities with children and adults such as sports activities, arts, and crafts, dance music, drama, etc.
• Support community resource persons in the implementation of vocational and skill training.
• Work with the facilitators to develop and adjust weekly plans.
• Facilitate the participation of all segments of the target population in the planned activities ensuring the inclusion of the most vulnerable groups.
• I used the Move Training program with young kids and youth as I used I DIEL And LITTLE FELLOWS programs.
• Train the facilitators on the new curriculum and the childrens evaluation and development form in the programs.

• Designed and implemented interactive educational activities using storytelling and play
based learning methodologies.

• Supervised psychosocial support activities for children, adolescents, and adults within
camp setings.

• Conducted family visits and participated in community outreach activities.

At the STEP organization, I worked at the Drop-In Center with displaced children and taught them arts at CFS (Child Friendly Spaces) which is widely used in emergencies as a first response to childrens needs and an entry point for working with affected communities. The children’s ages ranged from 4 - 16 years old and were divided into two groups.
During this period, I also worked at Arbat camp with the displaced people.
My role included: visiting families, accompanying girls, preparing psychotherapy games, storytelling, art and hand crafts.

Completed training on “Releasing the Powers of Junior Youth”, assisting in planning and organizing local youth groups with the aim of community building and enabling them to systematically serve their societies through grass-root service projects.

Duties and responsibilities:
•Rain Youth to be animators, guider for teenager, and corporate with them to establish their groups of junior youth.
•Participated in three Middle East seminars that hold in Jordan every six months to reflect on the progress of the program.
•Helped the animators in Baghdad district to advance their groups of junior youth.
•Prepared reflection meeting for the animators, in order to reflect on insights gained from their works and restudy some of the training material.
•Biannual planning and renew the statistics.
