Amal steam development phase 1C
Scope of Work Overview:
a) New Amal West Production Train consisting of flow Splitters, Surge vessel, Production air Coolers, Export pumps and flow metering
b) New Associated gas system consisting of AG air coolers, AG knock out drum
c) Expansion of existing Phase-1A&B combined facilities by two additional AG air-coolers
d) New Water Treatment Plant and regeneration facilities including various tanks and pumps.
e) Soft Water Storage Tanks;
f) HRSG LP feed pumps, back wash water transfer pumps;
g) Associated Instrumentation, interconnecting piping and metering;
h) Additional fire and gas detection systems;
i) Expansion of Phase-1A & B Instrument Protective (Safeguarding), Telecommunication and Electrical facilities;
j) Expansion of Amal Steam Plant utilities (i.e. instrument air, chemical injection, open drain system, closed drain systems, fuel gas, utility water etc);
k) New switchgear and instrumentation buildings;
l) Site grading, fencing, associated pipe racks and tracks, supports and access roads
M) established new evaporation pond with 5.00 m depth for phase1C
N) Establishing Solar phase II off plot including pipe supports, culvers, roads, drain pits, manifold..etc

Duties in the Project:
1. Preparation, implementation, monitoring, revision and updating of the Supplier’s Contract Quality Plan.
2. Development, preparation, implementation and monitoring of all Contract Specific Procedures and Work Instructions.
3. Review and Monitoring Sub-Contractor’s Quality Systems and quality performance.
4. Preparation, implementation, revision and monitoring Quality Control Plans (QCP/ITP).
5. Maintaining of Quality records.
6. Reporting Quality activities as directed.
7. Liaison with the Company on matters related to Quality as applicable.
8. Auditing - internal and external, and follow up of Corrective Actions.
9. Overall control, supervision and implementation of Contract quality and technical requirements; resolution of quality problems; preparation and maintenance of Contract quality records.
10. Review of contract documents such as Scope of work, Project specification and applicable standard codes.
11. Review of drawings and planning of inspection activities in accordance With Inspection and Test Plans .Raw material inspection like sand, aggregate, cement, steel and other civil materials, further releasing for construction as per PDO Standard and specification.
12. Inspection special process materials like concrete repair products, special purpose paints and other civil activity materials.
13. Carry out surveillance, Monitoring, Witness and spot inspection in the field as per ITP, identify if any discrepancies and generate the NCR and acting as an operative interface between customer and sub contractor.
14. Coordinate with the discipline engineer to ensure the corrective action and follow up closure of NCR raised.
15. Reporting non-conformance and assist in implementing corrective action and preventive actions.
16. Reporting to top management on the performance of the quality in the field and any need for improvement.
17. Review material certificates, calibration certificates and all other applicable documentation as required.
18. Coordinate with projects safety, environment and ensure that all statutory requirements are meet.
19. Punch list Preparation in accordance with project drawing and close out
20. Inspection of Building and Finishing,
21. Witness and involved with Laboratory tests as like concrete cube test, Soil test analysis and Field dry density tests etc.
22. Laboratory tests, Collect the sample of aggregates, water as per frequency and given in Inspection And Test Plan. Review of material test certificates and inspect storage & handling of materials

• Hydra gas development project:

Hydra Gas Development Project Phases II and I involve installing facilities, which accommodate the fluids only in early field life where the pressure are sufficiently high enough to free flow to the host facilities.
Our task is construct foundations with its anchor bolts to erect vessels & steel structure buildings as mentioned here below:
A- Elevated steel structure for Electrical & instrument building 20*10m
B- Steel structure air cooler contains of 8 fans each one 3m radius
C- Steel structure for pressure safety valves (9m*6m ), two levels up to 7.90m height.
D- Steel structural pipe rack 6.3 m height
E- Steel structure for Gas generator (13m*8m) 9.6m height
F- Nitrogen package, instrument air package, chemical injection package, high pressure production separator, diesel generator, elevated separator tanks and underground closed drain drum 11m*6m, -5.7m level, pipe culvert
G- Above ground evaporation pond 110*60m and 2m height
H- Internal roads for the site involved lighting poles, fire and gas detectors.

Duties in the Project:
1- Study specifications to determine appropriate construction methods.
2- Plan, organize, and direct activities concerned with the construction.
3- Schedule the project in logical steps and budget time required to meet deadlines.
4- Reviews and check structural designs, calculations, contractor's shop drawings, engineering drawings for project construction.
5- Inspect and review projects to monitor compliance with building and safety codes and other regulations.
6- Coordinate structural designs with mechanical and electrical components.
7- Lead civil engineering role on projects to include contract review, progress tracking, interdepartmental communication, and weekly updates to Project Manager.
8- Lead and support the team of engineers to manage and execute multiple tasks and projects.
9- Collaborate and interact with construction teams, architects, project developers, and planner engineer.
10- Manage deliverables on time and within the budget.
11- Obtain all necessary permits and licenses.
12- Follow-up safety and security procedures and determine appropriate action.
13- Review contractors’ invoices to ensure compliance with contract terms.
