Group Head logistics’ Property is accountable for leading, directing and managing a multi disciplinary team in the:
• Developing and delivering the local market property strategy, aligned with the company 5 year business plan, whilst ensuring coordinated and integrated actions within the Property team.
• Through the successful management of the local market property real estate/industry experts, identifying and delivering improvements to support and facilitate people’s effectiveness and to promote a collaborative and productive work environment designed to deliver the business objectives with improved efficiency throughout the local market.
• Achieving group efficiency targets for building utilisation and density of occupation
• Successful execution of day-to-day operational management of all property activities across the country’s property estate. Success to encompass meeting financial targets and “value” criteria whilst delivering a quality employee experience & customer experience for retail properties
• Leading the creation of business cases, financial planning and modelling for the local market Property function in conjunction with the local market Finance teams, ensuring financial strength and operating efficiency.
• Acting as an active single point of contact with Group Property
• Leading innovation and best practice across all property matters in the local market
Scope spans property specific aspects of all property types e.g. Office, Call-centre, Retail, Residential, and acquisition; build which is managed by Network/Technology.

• To direct and administer bank expansion and planning and construction, including all acquisition and disposition of real estate, all new construction, remodeling, and furnishings, management of leased property, management of all efforts relating to Sustainability, and management of utilities. • Recommends priorities and general strategies for facilities planning and construction; provides planning for and oversight of capital improvement programs. • Provides managerial direction and control of departmental activities; plans, directs, and reviews the activities And operations of the department; provides leadership and supervises directly and through subordinate supervisors all department staff. • Develops and maintains internal standards for facilities; oversees selection and provision of furnishings, fixtures, and equipment. • Administers operational budget in support of planning and construction activities. As well as advising on contracts and associated documentation, we help with insurances and securities, such as bonds, letters of credit and guarantees; and advise on suitable warranties and third party rights in sale and purchase agreements. We make sure the contractual arrangements reflect project administration procedures to avoid disputes, and we assess technical schedules to ensure consistency with contract terms and conditions. • Responsible for supervising and coordinating general maintenance (Preventive, Corrective & Emergency) requiered for several properties (Branches, warehouses) owned and rented by bank across the Kingdom.
• The role also involves doing a strong follow- up with the maintenance contractors, in-house maintenace engineers, supervisors & staff.
• Develop and implement periodic preventive maintenance programs to keep properties, utilities and facilities in optimum efficiency.
• Develop & control department budget and costs (capital, revenue and manpower).
• Asset Tracking System, Mobile Asset is available as a software-only solution, or a complete asset tracking solution including a mobile computer, for managing asset data in the field, and a barcode label printer for creating long-lasting asset tags. Wasp asset tracking software is offered with one, five, or an unlimited number of PC client licenses. All acquisitions, transfers, and disposals will be posted in the system, Division’s employees will coordinated with FADCs for any action request, A solid data base will be used for control purposes, Benefits :Control, Asset segregation of subsidiaries and business units, Accuracy, Allocation of assets and depreciation to respective business unit.
• Automate BAJ Signature Book Project. In line with our continuous efforts to improve efficiency in our current operational processes, we have embarked on an initiative to automate the preparation and circulation of our BAJ Authorized Signatures book
• Responsible for supervising and coordinating general maintenance (Preventive, Corrective & Emergency) requiered for several properties (Branches, warehouses) owned and rented by bank across the Kingdom.
• Develop & control department budget and costs (capital, revenue and manpower).
• Review machine performance through historical data and graphical evaluation and initiate steps to improve performance or recommend make/buy/sell decisions.
• Indigenize spares or machinery either through local procurement or in-house fabrication.
• Ensure adequate safety stocks of all critical spares & equipment and develop an efficient system to give timely alerts in case of stock-outs; "Timely Replenishment.
• Efficiently deploy manpower to ensure that qualified personnel with the required expertise are readily available to respond to breakdowns and failures.
• In charge of “Central Purchasing Management”.
• Converting procurment operations form manual to become fully autometed through a “Networking Suluotion
custody and management of customer files, this initiative will ensure better control and safe custody of customer information and improve customer service.
