i was kitchen assistant and i was doing help in food preparation and cleaning in the kitchen i look after frozen and dry stores and manage all the food items on weekly base demand list.. i do closing activities in night at end of the shift
I did 3month cooking and baking diploma by qanmos college. actually It was held by PSDF program. a local government program for techies studies
I’ve did culinary arts diplomas for 6 months (including 3months of internship) by Insitute of tourism and management in rawalpindi
I’ve did intermediate Fsc in pre engineering
