Researched to identify indicators to improve the experience of international students in Melbourne City and provided subsequent recommendations. Conducted focus group with 16 international students as participants, in-depth interviews of 10 employers and an online survey based on our findings from secondary research and focus groups. Successfully provided a pathway for moving Melbourne up the global rankings as a destination for international students and guided specific measures, such as services, to be implemented.
