Responsible for interviewing, hiring & training of invigilators for conducting City & Guilds
exams.
Evaluating competencies & training needs for all employees;
Manage a constant pool of human capital through internet & social media recruiting.
Managing and reviewing training budget;
Representing Skills on Educational / Media Platforms. (Exhibitions, Seminars and other Media
Platforms)
Assisting approved institutes in getting educational funding from (NAVTECH, PSDF, TDAP,
UKAID, USAID etc).
Interviewing students from all over Pakistan for funding eligibility.
Provide senior management and others with various types of employee reports including attrition,
absence, compensation, annual leave, overtime costs and headcount.
Provide administrative support to the examination team and look after the examination process
Responsible for scheduling Bi Annual examinations for a large number of students (Exam
Management).
Responsible for conducting and handling exams and examination material.
Responsible for managing 170+ English and Hospitality approved study centres in Pakistan.
Extensive reporting (Informational Reports, Feasibility Reports, Justification/Recommendation
Reports, Analytical Reports, Compliance Reports, Progress Reports, Financial Forecast Reports,
Revenue Reports, Conference Reports ).
Ms Degree - Major in human resource management
