- Mange the airport ground operations on a shift basis ensuring service conforms to regulatory.
- Manage operational, safety, and customer service standards within a cost effective environment.
- Liaise with Airport Authorities and third party service providers, and manage all elements of the ground operation whilst on duty
- Create and study a competitor chart of products and services
- Responsible for ordering and receiving brochures, leaflets, and packages then distribute to the countries the company operates to

- Assist with developing marketing strategies for promoting programs and services
- Assist with developing a marketing campaign for membership programs and events
- Perform marketing research for new innovative advertising
