• Manage all Training functions, for ex. TNA, Annual Training Plan, Training Budget, orientation programs, Training Policies and Procedures.

• Supervise on HR Department as an acting manager for 6 months.
Manage all HR functions in Cairo Office (Main office) and company's projects all over Egypt. Manage company's business development strategy Achievements.
• Created entire Human Resources Department and implemented organizational structure, salary structure, recruiting programs, performance management system and training system.
•Developed Company's policy & procedures handbook
•Developed Compensation and benefits system including Salary Structure
•Improved productivity and employee satisfaction by leading development and launch of corporate intranet for all documentation, newsletter, and surveys and also, by implementing employee motivation system.

A) HR & Personnel duties :
- Generate calculations of Invoice & Payroll Sheets as per Contract’s Articles.
- Generate codes (such as job, location codes and badge numbers…etc.) and amend or redesign the system (if necessary) to accept new contract information & records.
- Design (Evaluate/Interview Form) according to each job description & specifications to attach it to the submitted resumes through interview process.
- Evaluate the received resumes according to job requirements.
- Organizing interviews for candidates (who passed evaluation) with concerned senior engineer.
- Follow up the completion of hiring documents for approved candidates.
- Prepare, Process & evaluate practical tests for candidates who apply to work under administrative positions.
- Process monthly reconciliations, invoices, payrolls.
- Follow up, Check validity and Clear monthly payroll variances, invoices’ claims.
- Prepare monthly, yearly and analytical reports.
- Administrate and Maintain “QueryBuilder Program”, “Timesheet System” and “Manpower System” designed by Oracle & Ms Access.
B.) Admin. duties :
- Prepare and Process Petty Cash for the Team.
- Contact contractors and supplier to collect Price Lists then Prepare and follow up adjustment orders till approved from group manager then prepare necessary request to contractor.
- Type in English and Arabic various handwritten drafts of letters, reports, memos, tenders, etc.
- Process and Follow up all arabic correspondences with contractors (for arabic contracts)
- Search Internet and contacting suppliers to collect information and full specifications about items needed in preparing tenders (when requested).
- Process monthly stationery request and control stationery stock of my Team.
- Assist high management by preparing surveys, presentations and comparisons
C.) Supervision:
Supervise three of admin staff.
* I have 5.5 years experience in Egypt as an Executive Secretary before traveling to Kuwait
