Provide high quality administrative support to the Vice
President & General Manager of Travel
• Dealing with incoming emails, and preparing correspondence
on behalf of the Vice President & General Manager; liaising
with clients and staff
• Takes dictations from the Vice President & General Manager;
prepare the mail, different letters, memos and general
correspondence
• Making appointments and planning the manager’s diary
• Organizing and attending meetings; taking minutes of the
meeting and ensuring their manager is well-prepared for
meetings

Manager on all outstanding issues, for instance meetings,

revert to client.
• Responsible in preparing special requests to Airlines such as
Excess Baggage, Seat confirmation, Upgrade, ADMs/ACMs,
waivers, refunds.
• Prepares MIS reports on day to day or monthly basis as per the
client’s requests.
