I am mainly responsible for recruitment of Dubai Metro, Dubai Tram, Palm Jumeriah Monorail and Dubai Airport Customer Service contracts which consist of over 2200 employees.

Responsibilities:
 Responsible for managing complete recruitment cycle of candidates which includes sourcing, per-screening, candidate assessment, interviewing, offer recommendation, negotiation, acceptance and mobilization of expats and UAE Nationals and ensuring timely closure of all the roles with right candidates
 Work closely with recruitment manager, business heads and key stakeholders to understand the requirement and plan recruitment strategies to identify critical roles to the business and influence hiring practices and develop a cost-effective acquisition plan to attract and source high quality talent within the timelines stated.
 Ensure recruitment strategy is closely integrated with our talent management practices (i.e. building candidates pipelines based on succession planning and creating external talent pools for critical roles) as well as creating a talent pipeline for future short/long-term hiring needs in line with business growth strategies.
 Liaison with recruitment agencies for timely selection of candidates.
 Create and update recruitment reports example weekly and monthly reports and timely updation of recruitment tracker.
 Use recruitment systems and tools such as Amris and Success Factors.
 Conduct various psychometric assessments like DSI (The Dependability and Safety Instrument), RAAT (The Rules Acquisition Aptitude Test) and SCAAT (The Safe Concentration & Attention Test) for operational positions. Mechanical & Spatial assessment for technical engineering roles and plan and overseas logistics for assessments.
 Experienced in volume/mass and niche skill hiring for technical and non-technical roles like engineering, operations, administration, business support etc.
