Handled Multiple Major KAHRAMAA Projects from inception to Completion.
* Responsible for approving all stages of designs and ensuring that the necessary consents are
obtained from the competent authorities prior to initiating the projects tendering procedures and
preparing reports thereon.
* Conducted and managed the review of all technical submissions of architectural, Interior Design, MEP
and Landscape design of the buildings/complex submitted by the consulting offices and giving
technical opinion and recommendations thereon.
* Participation, Study/analysis in preparing Tender Documents and Conducted evaluation (Technically &
Commercial), preparing technical and commercial evaluation reports, including the preparing
recommendation for award of the project to GTC committee of new consultancy, Construction and
renovation projects.
1. PROJECT: Ras Laffan Olefin Project, Ethylene Cracker Plant at Ras Laffan
* CLIENT: Olefin (French Company)
* MAIN CONTRACTOR: Technip (France).
* PROJECT EXPERIENCE: Involved in Architectural aspects till final approval of buildings. Prepared
progress management status and its documentation. Coordinating with various departments (Electrical,
Civil, etc.) Dealers and Local contractors for the project. the project consists of 14 ancillary buildings
like: Main office building, Substations, Warehouses, Mosque, Storage house, Central control building,
change house, Fire house, Laboratory, Security center, Outdoor storage and Unloading & observation
area
2. PROJECT: Staff Residential Accommodation, Customs Post, Abu Samar.
* CLIENT: Ministry of Interiors - Qatar.
* PROJECT EXPERIENCE: Involved in Architectural aspects from Concept, Tendering Detailing, and
Coordinating with various departments (Electrical, Civil, and Mechanical etc.), Dealers and Local
contractors for the project till final approval. Project consisted of residential accommodation consisting
of 3-bedroom Apartment for senior staff of Customs Post at Abu Samra, consisting of 3 blocks G+1,
Site Development & Landscaping, Children’s play area and Laundry block.
3. PROJECT: Labor Accommodation, Mesaieed industrial city.
* CLIENT: Al-Aqaria, Doha, Qatar.
* PROJECT EXPERIENCE: Involved in Architectural and Landscape Detailing, preparing specifications,
Coordinating with various departments (Electrical, Civil, and Mechanical etc.), Dealers and Local
contractors for the project which consisted of accommodation block, Commercial block, Mosque,
Substations& Guard room (Accommodation blocks G+2, commercial G+1)Site Development &
Landscaping.
4. PROJECT: SUBSTATION FOR QNCC
* CLIENT: SIEMENS
* PROJECT EXPERIENCE: Involved in Architectural Designing, Detailing and co-ordination with different
(contractors, suppliers, ) aspects of the Project.

* CLIENT: AL KHALIJI COMMERCIAL BANK
* PROJECT EXPERIENCE: Involved in Architectural & Interior Designing, Detailing and co-coordinating
with different contractors, suppliers of the Project.
