• Sourcing & Screening - Identifying potential candidates through the existing database, Job portals, contact, referrals, according to organizational manpower demands.
• Pitch the potential candidates & call them for Personal meeting for further discussion regarding the client & job profile and his future prospects. Analyze the candidate on basis of his profile & personal attributes. Use persuasive ability to sell the job to the applicant, and the applicant to the client.
• Coordinating the interviews of the short listing candidates at the client end.
• Thorough follow up with both client and candidate regarding the interviews & pitching right candidates.
• Intervention between the client and candidate for negotiation regarding the salary, designation, location etc.
