• Commissioning and startup new production lines.

• Carry out preventive maintenance plan.
• Operating the equipments within the required operating conditions.
• Technically inspect/accept new spare parts.
• Engineering project (vision system) for automated quality check of products using NI components.
• Modifying PLC programming code to fit the mechanical modification of machines.
• Assist in mechanical improvement of machines.
• Training production labors in the proper operation for machines with PLM (Production Lead Maintenance) documents.
• Achieve and analyze department KPIs and issue periodic follow-up reports.
• Lead training for technicians and newcomers.
• Control Maintenance expenses.
• Organize routine service schedules.
• Checking and calibrating instruments to make sure they are accurate.
• Direct and coordinate installation, maintenance, support, documentation, and testing.
• Responding immediately to equipments breakdowns.
• Fixing faults on site or arranging for replacement machinery or equipment to be installed.
Al Azhar University (Nasr city, Cairo, Egypt) Bachelor degree in Electrical power & machines Engineering.
