 Architectural preliminary Drawing preparation for authority approval.
 Scheme design drawing preparation for client approval.
 Mechanical, Electrical and plumbing drawing preparation for Authority approval.
 Detailed Design drawings preparation in coordination with Architect, Structural and ID departments.
 Collection of data upon site surveying of new projects before making them to drawings.
 Detailed design drawings preparation for Low Current System (SCN, Access Control, CCTV, etc.
 Service coordinated drawing preparation.
 Shop drawing preparation.
 Take-off quantities from drawings & 3D views for new & refurbishment projects required for tendering.
 Monitor/discuss project design review meeting.
 Preparation of design changes as required by
