Reviewing Henyep client documents.
Ensuring the sales team compliance with the procedures for the account opening.
World check performed on client.
Coordinating with the Dealing room to ensure fund transferred by the client is credited to his account.
Monitoring Henyep client activities.
Reporting suspicious activities to the Manager and "Issue incident reports" in case of breach/fraud and resolution of the complaints with regular follow-up.

Liaise with Henyep back office for any queries and to setup business needs from control perspective.
Operations And Responsibilities:
Oversee the domestic cash management function.
Supervise daily activities of the Treasury Department and wire transfers instruction to the Bank.
To record foreign exchange transactions accurately.
Manage day-to-day operations.
Preparing the Cash Positions.
Checking on the Loans and Deposits.
Making Cheque Payment / Vendor Payment.
Provide transaction details to relevant counterparties within agreed deadlines.
International Settlements
Reconciliation of FX, Cash records.
Monitoring settlement of transactions, investigation of failed trades and the implementation of corrective action.
Assure that proper internal controls are maintained in the receipt and disbursement of cash.
Constant liaising with the Front Office team to ensure that all institutional stakeholders are up to date on trading actions.
Preparing Account Opening Documents.
Operations And Responsibilities:
Handling FX Cash and Commodities Process.
Generation, tracking of all NDF trades.
Dealing with all major currencies such as GBP/EUR/USD/JPY and NDF Currencies.
Handling the operations involved in NDF trade Confirmations.
Identification and investigation of discrepancies and communicating to the front office with constant follow-up until final resolution.
Review and completion of the NDF confirmations matching.
Deal monitoring, timely escalation to middle and front office.
Maintaining daily log sheets and metrics for ensuring timely completion of day-to-day volumes, which is handled with utmost efficiency meeting SLA’s.
Responsible for generating MIS report and daily metrics reports required by top management of Deutsche Bank AG, London.
Updating NDF Currency Templates according to ISDA and EMTA.
Chasing Counterparties for NDF confirmations pending and prepare MIS report for all outstanding confirmations.
Setting Up and reviewing the master agreement for NDF trades.
Updating the DTP according to the client’s instructions.
NDF Reconciliation.
Involved in Crisis Action Plan.
Reviewing of time motion sheet to check whether SLA has been met for the entire portfolio
Preparation of FX Internal accounts status report.
Preparation & sending of Month end reports to the top level management
Conducting training sessions for the Starters and other team members on various systems and basic Concept of NDF.

Undergone training in Deutsche Bank AG London and migrated 2 processes to HCL Technologies Ltd.
Have been recognized for learning and handling the process in the best possible way.
Taken active participation in reducing the outstanding deals aged over 30 days from 1300 to a minimum of 367 deals within a short span of two weeks.
Prepared Workflows and DBOP’s for the process.
Coordinated with other associates in updating procedures across portfolio.
