The role involves a combination of research and teaching activities, with appropriate organisation of these activities and contribution(s) to departmental administration.
• Conducting substantive research into complex problems, ideas, concepts or theories and applying appropriate methodologies
• Developing and carrying forward a coherent research strategy in their discipline which has national and international impact
• Developing a body of outstanding quality publications in well recognized peer reviewed outlets
• Presenting research and giving invited papers at national and international conferences
• Providing expert opinion and commentary to external audiences and organisations Teaching
• Contributing to the monitoring and enhancement of quality in teaching within the department
• Teaching and examining undergraduate and masters level students
• Developing innovative and attractive courses, shaping and influencing curriculum development and actively contributing to the review of courses in accordance with departmental strategy
• Supervising hourly-paid teachers, including organizing and delegating work, arranging induction and providing training and guidance
• Actively contributing to departmental teaching administration.
To oversee daily operations of the Radio channel and Audio production. Supervise staff and functions related to Audio production unit. Evaluate job performance of assigned staff to ensure effectiveness and professional growth. To Delegate duties, responsibilities and functions for effective production results on Daily Basis.
I have also been producing two daily shows and one weekend show, on genres like interviews, current affairs, and Entertainment.
The best out Spoken Student of the Batch, where in i participated in Debates, presented papers on different issues, Published Papers on Marketing and Finance etc.
The highest Grade Point 10/10 (A+) was received for the first time since the occurrence of the communication School of Amity by Me for the best Film Produced, Titled "Glen to Plains-Story of a Migrant".
The program was very effective for learning Behavioral Management in the corporate sector, Stress Management, and Team work.
