•Handling team of Jr Front office Executives
•Managing reservations for Hotel Room bookings
•Attending Guest Escalations, grievance and take appropriate actions for better customer service.
•Responsible for Corporate Relationship by sending weekly promotional emails
•Forwarding C Forms on weekly basis to DCP Office and coordinating with Accounts team for bill issuance & clearance

•Preparing Daily Sales Report.
