Working in an US Blended process catering to needs and requirements of US Merchants who accepts payments from the customer through American Express cards and maintaining their accounts with Amex.
Roles & Responsibilities:
To process set ups and maintenance for UK Merchant accounts
Responding to maintenance requests, analyzing & resolving outstanding issues before the requests are carried out.
Liaising with various affiliation channels (CLM Liaison Team, Acquisition, SRS, etc). Utilizing business knowledge to manage large strategic maintenance changes whilst maintaining relationship with CLM Liaison Team
Provide proactive support to merchants to inspire continued use of online merchant tools and resources
Doing all the maintenance work relating to Business name changes, Location address changes and banking changes on the merchant accounts received from different channels(fax, email or inbound call)
Deliver extraordinary results measured by merchant satisfaction, effectiveness, efficiency and quality
Working in Australian Customer Account Support Team and taking care of all the activities related to customer’s account for the GE Credit cards and catering to all the service needs of our valuable customers.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Processing new credit card application request
Doing background verification check with the help of support team to issue a new credit card.
Updating customer account details relating to their personal and professional details on our system.
Handling all payment related queries received through e - mail like missing payments, any refunds required if amount is overpaid.
Processing request to add any additional card holder on the account after proper documentation is received.
Sending the monthly credit card statements to the customers via e mail and fax.
Processing Direct Debit account setup on customers account as per their request.
Applying refunds on the account in case of any late fee reversals or any amount over paid.
Closing the accounts and refunding any balance left in the account to the customer.
