from May 2014 till present. This included monitoring the network Devices, troubleshooting and maintaining the smooth running of devices. In depth interaction with various Cisco series manly 3750 switches (L3 and L2 ) and routers, primarily dealing with entry level configuration of the devices, IOS upgrades etc. Good Knowledge with various routing protocols including RIP, OSPF, EIGRP. Commendable experience with switching protocols, VLAN, and access lists. Expertise in handling ticket management tools like Symphony, Support plus, Managing Global change management and RFC’s. Important roles included identifying the problems on a short period, perform preliminary tests, raise tickets and assign to higher tiers. Escalate the issues to higher management and circulate the update on a regular basis .
Worked as the Network and Telecommunications Engineer at Telenova Networks India till date from the period of December 2013 till 31st of March 2014
The role was to install, monitor and troubleshoot various Network components such as routers, switches, firewalls etc..
The duty included the installation and maintenance of Telephony, Surveillance cameras, Biometric and Access control systems. To work with sincerity and efficiency as the member of a good team providing extraordinary results. The Telecommunication included EPBX, Soft phones, Door phones, PA systems, Fiber and UTP cable communications.
• Worked as the system administrator and network engineer for a well established firm D-link communications and networking based in Fujairah U.A.E .
From a period of October 2012 to Mar 2013 on contract basis.
The work included designing, configuring and installing networking equipments and computers with high efficiency and sincerity.
The prime duties included giving remote support to clients in the field of servers and networks. Excellent hands on experience in VMware platform in addition to the Server side. The network management included configuring the CISCO switches, routers providing immense security and smooth and reliable network communications. The role of interacting with clients and contractors was done with extreme care, nobility and efficiency.
I was honored with the proficiency award during my 12th Grade studies . Was an active member in the Academic organisations and co curricular activities.
