▪ Provides resolution for technical engineering problems within the assigned discipline; coordinates application of solutions.
▪ Implement the Whole Work for ITS Installation System & Control Room.
▪ Inspect all the Project Materials (Poles & Cameras & LCS Screens & Optical Fiber Cables)
▪ Reviews and interprets discipline design drawings and specifications to ensure current revision level and the correct technical execution of the work.
▪ Establishes and maintains liaison with the discipline design engineering staff.
▪ Monitors discipline construction schedules and assists in progress appraisal.
▪ Provides schedule and progress appraisal data to the Area Engineer or Construction Manager.
▪ Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.
▪ Handling the Non-Conformance Reports (NCR) with Construction / Project Manager.
Provide technical advice to staff designer, supervisor, inspector, and contracting service provider, regarding installation and maintenance of MEP System.
• Undertake general project site observation/inspection of the MEP services works for Contractor’s adherence to the approved shop drawings and Consultant’s specification, good working practices, and construction schedule.
• Assist the construction manager to establish project objectives, procedures, data collection methods, and performance standards within boundaries of corporate policy
• Inform all supervisors and subcontractors promptly of any construction schedule changes, and work closely with all stakeholders to ensure requirements are met
• Maintain budgetary, scheduling, and project database oversight, and report regularly to project manager to keep him/her constantly informed of job progress, plans, and problems that could significantly affect costs or schedules
• Manage compliance, quality control, and quality assurance standards and specifications
• Document all the RFI & NCR for every Stage in the Project.

Responsibility :
▪ Following all permits with other Authorities (kahramma, Ashghal, Ooredoo, Vodafone, Qatar Army Force, Ashghal Operation & Maintenance.
▪ Implementing all the work for all the Dry Utilities Like ( Substation Works and L.V & M.V & Street light Cables - QAF - SSD - QTEL - ITS - ICT - Traffic Signals - Irrigation System )
▪ Following the Work with Existing Utilities (protection, lowering, Raising and Relocation).
▪ Dealing with the Consultant (Utilities Resident Engineers, Inspectors and Material Inspectors).
▪ Identifying non conformances and take preventive and corrective actions.
▪ Liaising with consultant, project management and sub-contractor for resolution of project issues.
▪ Assisting in securing excavation permit from different areas of Government and private agencies.
▪ Dealing and Handing over all our Work to the End User (CRA- QNBN -KAHRAMA - Ooredoo -Qatar Army Force -MOI - Ashghal 0&M).
