Responsible for preparing all the subjects presented to the chairman and board of directors which finances the construction of a million housing units with a budget of 60 billion EGP for low income citizens in the mortgage finance system and in cooperation with 20 financing entities within the Arab Republic of Egypt and support them with cash support after checking their eligibility for this subsidy by doing areal investigation in accordance with the agreed terms by the world bank also we supervise the work procedures agreed with the financing bodies and approved by the Central Bank of Egypt. In addition to organizing the daily work of the chairman's office by answering the phone calls and revising daily reports, letters and memos and attending meetings of the ( executive committee & Auditing Committee) .
Prepare the expected and actual cash flow & the Feasibility study for new projects.
Analyze of the market, to identify the rates of return that must be granted to low & middle income citizens, by studying inflation rates, selling prices of housing units, and income levels.
Preparing proposals for low-income housing models in cooperation with the World Bank and the Ministry of Planning, Public Mobilization and Statistics.
Prepare the conditions and terms of selling housing units for low & middle income citizens.
Analyze the data base to identify the characteristics of the beneficiaries.
Analyze the data base to identify the expected number of customers to be granted real estate financing.
Calculate the interest subsidy expected to be paid to the Banks.
Calculate the Cash subsidy expected to be paid to customers.
Prepare the performance sheet according to the plans.
Analyze the data of the communicating channels with the end users.
Member of complains, Urgent cases, Media follow up committees.
Secretary of the Board of Directors, the Executive Committee and the Audit Committee.
Responsible for managing a team of 6 executive sales persons working in 3 branches ( Dokki - Zamalek - Downtown) by coordinating the shipping of all cosmetic products ( skin care - hair care … etc ) ordered from suppliers, setting up displays, and assisting customers and staff during business hours to meet the organization objectives & achieving the financial objectives, In addition to putting the annual promotions plan and annual budget needed .
responsible for managing the daily work related to the calendar of the minister of local development, preparing letters & memos that will be presented to the Egyptian council of ministers, attending meetings and taking notes and assuring to implement the instructions of his Excellency to all the departments and the 27 governorates.
