Supervises in preparing maintenance schedule with the production engineers.
- High experience in Krones blow-molded, labeler, variopack and palletizer (operation & maintenance)
- Ensures maintenance is carried out to the required safety, engineering and product quality assurance standards and on schedule.
- Assists with the implementation of preventative maintenance procedures and requirements.
- Assists in identifying spare parts and materials requirements for maintenance sections for procurement by the Purchasing Department.
- Assists with the implementation of preventative maintenance procedures and requirements for the equipment
- Make assessments with Krones crew to prepare overhaul spare parts for blow-molded, labeler, variopack and palletizer machines
- Develop more efficient ways to utilize people, machinery, materials, information and energy to provide a product or service
- Work with stick holders to identify, address and eliminate process related obstacles
- Utilize mapping techniques to design optimal information, materials and production flow methods
- Act as a change agent to bring about improvements in process through active support, participation and leadership of rapid improvements / kaizen events
- Coach employees on continuous improvement and provide training specific to lean transformation tools and methodology
- Carry out cycle time analysis
- Assist in the development and maintenance of all visual performance tools
