Manage the full tendering process including reviewing tender documents (drawings, specifications, BOQs), pricing,
and preparing technical and commercial proposals.
• Analyze tender documents and provide technical and contractual input during bidding and execution phases.
• Source and evaluate suppliers and subcontractors, issue RFQs/RFIs, and ensure full compliance with project
requirements.
• Prepare technical and commercial comparison sheets to support decision-making and vendor selection.
• Negotiate with suppliers, subcontractors, and contractors (local & international) to secure optimal pricing, delivery
terms, and quality standards.
• Prepare, review, and finalize contract agreements, ensuring alignment with project scope and legal requirements.
• Monitor contract compliance and support project teams in contractual matters during execution.
• Assist in preparing variations, claims, and extensions of time while protecting contractual rights.
• Manage procurement of electrical, MEP, and construction materials in line with project schedules and specifications.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and suppliers to resolve technical issues and ensure smooth project execution.
• Support hotel pre-opening procurement including FF&E, OS&E, and operational supplies, ensuring readiness before
handover.
• Liaise with international suppliers (e.g., China, Turkey) for sourcing and procurement activities.
• Prepare technical submittals and respond to client RFIs to address missing or unclear project data.
