- preparation of technical and commercial tenders
- preparation of estimates using the Customer’s own enquiry and specifications.
- use latest estimating tool to produce cost sheets.
- liaising with component suppliers when necessary.
- liaising between departments in order to prepare accurate estimates.
- preparation and submission of formal quotation documents to Customer in a timely manner.
- attend inter-departmental pre and post tender meetings:
- arrange internal kick-off meetings.
- ensure internal contract review meetings.
- responsible for all technical and commercial amendments, discussions and negotiations arising from the submission of a tender throughout the process right up to the order placement.
- maintain the integrity and professional image of Company
- coordinate with suppliers and assist in the improvement and development of company’s tendering systems, procedures and databases.
- ensure working as both an individual and within a team to prepare and submit tenders to strict deadlines.
- Any other task assigned by the Management.
Sea View Resort - North coast
Follow up and inspection of all construction and finishing works from foundations till complete finishing for all the units at Sea view Resort
El Mahrousa Hotel - Alexandria
Carrying out renovations in the hotel, which included the second and third floors, with 50 hotel rooms at the highest level of finishing and renovation of the hotel facades with cladding works and the renewal of the hotel entrance and reception.
Antoniades Residential Compound - Alexandria
Carry out finishing works for residential units, from buildings untill the final delivery to the customer, fully finished.
