Description: Using SharePoint and InfoPath forms to allow customers apply for various bank products online. Role: Architecting the project, developing a solution to use Document Set to allow the user to fill multiple InfoPath forms not a single huge form, writing the integration layer to integrate with the CRM, IAL and InRule.

SAIB VeriLoan:
Description: An application that extends Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 to provide loan management operations for back office.
Role: Developing a web service that integrates with SharePoint Excel services to calculate eligibility and developing a web service and java script code to generate the required print outs for the customer to sign based on the values of the various CRM entities and coding parts of the CRM entities plug-ins.
Tools: SharePoint 2010, CRM 2011, Visual Studio 2010 and Java script.

Mashreq Bank e-Forms:

Role: Developing the retail account InfoPath form, SharePoint Designer workflow, the integration layer solution, several SharePoint administration tasks and writing the technical design document of the project under the supervision of the lead technical architect.

Norkom Fraud Management Solution:
Description: A fraud management solution provided by Norkom Technologies. The solution has different components and it can be customized to fit financial institutions’ needs.
Role: Writing fraud detection scenarios, customizing and maintaining the application through its life cycle. Administering the UNIX, MQ and Weblogic components of the application.
Tools: UNIX, Shell script, Java, Weblogic, IBM MQ and different applications from the Norkom solution.
Client: Saudi American Bank (samba), KSA.
Custom CRM:
Description: A web application that connects to an Oracle database that covers a lot of activities, i.e. complaints management, affluent customers’ relations, etc.
Role:
Phase 1: Designing and implementing web forms and writing PL/SQL procedures.
Phase 2: Participated in the analysis, design, implementations (both ASP.NET web forms and Oracle procedures and workflow) and testing of the project.
Tools: ASP .NET 1.1, Oracle 8, Oracle Workflow Standalone and PL/SQL.
Client: Arab National Bank (ANB), KSA.
CCR (Central Customer Repository):
Description: A windows application that connects to a gateway to handle different customer related activities.
Role: Forms implementation, creating a calendar control that can be used to choose Hijri dates and porting parts of this application into an AJAX enabled web site.
Tools: Visual C# 1.1, ASP .NET 2.0 and ASP .NET AJAX.

CCR Data Cleansing:
Description: Detect some anomalies with data stored in an Oracle database.
Role: Writing PL/SQL procedures and excel VBA code to change the way the data is presented.

Description: A desktop application that helps in the digitization of library assets. It provides digital lab operators with tools for entering a digitization job metadata, keeping track of digitization status, applying validation tests on digitized material and recording productions.
Tools: Java and MySQL.
Data Entry Template Application:
Description: A windows application that allows a user to describe folders and files based on a configuration file. The configuration file is an XML file that stores the attributes associated with files and folders, the controls used to enter those attributes and predefined values of the controls.
Role: Sole developer.
Tools: Visual C# 1.1, SQL Server 2000 and Access.
DAF Archiving Sub-System:
Description: The archiving sub-system is to escort books that completed the OCR phase until they are backed up on CDs. It consists of the following tools: 1) DLBackwardTool: Allows a digital lab supervisor to move the books backward and forward in the workflow, 2) Books Compression: Checks books structure and compresses them, 3) CD Maker: Groups books into CD-sized folders, 4) CD Burning: Brings a CD for the user to burn, and 5) Book Retrieval: Retrieves a book that might span several CDs and decompresses it.
Role: Sole developer.
