 Description: An application that extends Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 to provide loan management operations for back office.
 Role: Developing a web service that integrates with SharePoint Excel services to calculate eligibility and developing a web service and java script code to generate the required print outs for the customer to sign based on the values of the various CRM entities and coding parts of the CRM entities plug-ins.
 Tools: SharePoint 2010, CRM 2011, Visual Studio 2010 and Java script.

Mashreq Bank e-Forms:

 Description: A web application that connects to an Oracle database that covers a lot of activities, i.e. complaints management, affluent customers’ relations, etc.
 Role:
Phase 1: Designing and implementing web forms and writing PL/SQL procedures.
Phase 2: Participated in the analysis, design, implementations (both ASP.NET web forms and Oracle procedures and workflow) and testing of the project.

CCR (Central Customer Repository):
 Description: A windows application that connects to a gateway to handle different customer related activities.
 Role: Forms implementation, creating a calendar control that can be used to choose Hijri dates and porting parts of this application into an AJAX enabled web site.

CCR Data Cleansing:
 Description: Detect some anomalies with data stored in an Oracle database.
 Role: Writing PL/SQL procedures and excel VBA code to change the way the data is presented.

DAF Archiving Sub-System:
 Description: The archiving sub-system is to escort books that completed the OCR phase until they are backed up on CDs. It consists of the following tools: 1) DLBackwardTool: Allows a digital lab supervisor to move the books backward and forward in the workflow, 2) Books Compression: Checks books structure and compresses them, 3) CD Maker: Groups books into CD-sized folders, 4) CD Burning: Brings a CD for the user to burn, and 5) Book Retrieval: Retrieves a book that might span several CDs and decompresses it.
 Role: Sole developer.
