Attend pre-sales client meetings and presentations with account representatives.
Determine scope and develop technical proposals.
Identify client requirements: (technical requirements, client infrastructure, configuration, and requirements), technical design (including solution, configurations and diagrams) and planning phases of the sales cycle utilizing Cisco, HPN, Fortinet, SonicWall and AVAYA Products.
Work with Services Group to ensure successful delivery of solutions to customers
Provide the implementation team with all necessary documentation for the successful completion of the project (including solution configurations and diagrams).
Provide pre-sales support for new and existing customers
Work with Sales to provide a response for technical RFI/RFP questions.
Participate in all scheduled sales team meetings/conference calls.
Additional responsibilities include providing on-site support, handling technical presentations at trade shows and conferences; and ensuring proactive communications with customers to ensure customer satisfaction.
Design and provide routing and switching solutions using Cisco and HP portfolio.
Design and provide Cisco Voice solution and deploy Cisco CUCM and CUCM Express
Implement Cisco Catalyst Switches and Routers
Design and Implement advanced security solution using Fortinet portfolio and SonicWall UTMs
Design and provide wireless solution using Cisco and HP portfolios
Implement Cisco switches and routers.
Implement Cisco wireless solutions.
Implement Avaya IP office 500 voice solutions.
Implement VPN technology using IPSec and PPTP to provide connectivity of companies' branches via ADSL and 3G.
Configure Cyberoam firewalls and implement their rules.
Responsible of wireless link design, sites selection and surveying.
Install and configure wireless units providing solutions for point to point, point to multi point and backhauling connectivity.
Install and implement SMB Cisco switches and routers.
Responsible of wireless link design, sites selection and surveying.
Install and configure wireless units providing solutions for point to point, point to multi point and backhauling connectivity.
Design of wireless link using Radio Mobile Software.
