Waterproofing, Thermal Insulation, Concrete repair and Geomembrane Linings:
• Manage key accounts with annual sales target of SAR 4 million.
• Secure 10% growth in market share through strategic planning.
• Expand customer base in Eastern Province.
• Ensure projects profitability while maintaining competitive pricing.
• Direct rollout and expansion 3G projects in Alexandria City.
• Develop seasonal high demands solutions and project plan in North Coast Region.
• Manage regional B2B accounts; business partners and vendors.
• Control and monitor project costs within corporate guidelines
• Coach project coordinators to achieve target of 114 On-Air turnkey sites
• Cascade company strategy into tactics in Kurdistan branch.
• Initiate Baghdad and Anbar project with 60 turnkey sites.
• Represent reports to the CTO and headquarters in Turkey.
Ethiopia - Sudan - Egypt:
• Lead telecom projects; 2G/3G turnkey sites, Drive Test and upgrades.
• Handle the integration and configuration of BTS and Microwaves.
• Ensure the compatibility of network elements according contractual KPI’s.
• Supervise resources and logistic process with timely delivery to site.
