 Controlling the day today accounts and finance functions as per the policies and procedures of the Company.
 Timely booking of stock, purchases, stock returns and analysis of inventory status.
 Processing the Credit Invoices, monitoring and preparing the payment according to credit terms with supplier.
 Preparing Sales Invoices in Arabic language & Updating into ERP System
 Supervision of receivables with regular follows up with the customers
 Checking the daily collection, handling deposits and preparation of reports to management.
 .Maintaining the petty cash fund, monitoring the timely replenishment of bills and preparation of necessary JV’s for the same.
 Preparation of Journal Vouchers, cash & cheque payments & Receipt Vouchers up to general ledger accordingly
 Processing the Payroll by checking the timesheet with the calculation of Overtime
 Answering the Payroll and Overtime related queries to the employees or to the divisions.
 Preparation of financial Reports to the Management
 Reporting to the Finance Manager.
