Performing cash flow forecasts, ensuring timeliness of in & outbound payments.

Managing full spectrum of accounting and finance activities and coordinating with financial institutions. Preparing monthly, quarterly & annual reports. Effectively addressing sales and income tax issues, bank & accounts reconciliation ensuring that sales tax returns and withholding tax statements are being filed and paid within due dates. Preparing and checking all external & internal reports and handling statutory compliance for listed companies Performing cash flow forecasts, accounts receivable & payable ensuring timeliness of in & outbound payments of imported goods to foreign suppliers & local service providers Preparing receivables & payable by estimating unpaid invoices; Reviewing bank statements and aging reports of receivables on daily basis and preparing management accounts Performing cautious reviews Implementation of SAP in all group companies. Consolidation, analysis and interpretation of Divisional results. Comparing monthly results & variance analysis. Maintaining various ledgers, journals, registers and other financial records, allocating revenues to appropriate departments and classifying expenditures accordingly. Checking and processing monthly payrolls. Liaising with external and internal auditors for half yearly and annual audits.
