Designation: Project Engineer (Civil)
Handling and managing more that 200 personnel at Site at different activities at Projects.
Acting as the main technical adviser on a construction site for subcontractors, crafts people and operatives.
Supervising Construction of different types of foundations. i.e. Pile, Drill Pier, Pad & Chimney & Rock anchor.
Checking plans, Drawings and Quantities for accuracy of calculations.
Ensuring all materials used and work performed are as per specifications.
Making cost-effective solutions and proposals for the intended project.
Managing, Monitoring and Interpreting the contract design documents supplied by the client.
Liaising with any consultants, sub-contractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors and the general workforce involved in the project.
Liaising with clients and their representatives (architects, engineers and surveyors), including attending regular meetings to keep them informed of progress.
Preparing P.O/P.R as per I.F.C drawings./B.O.Q.
Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force and the work of any subcontractors.
Planning the work and efficiently organizing the plant and site facilities in order to meet agreed deadlines.
Close monitoring of project requirements (budget, Scope & Schedule).
Review daily /weekly/monthly reports to note deficiencies, manpower usage.
Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties, and other problems that may arise.
Monitor work at construction sites to ensure that a quality and safety work environment is maintained. This includes the performance of site audit.
Control all achieves documentation upon the completion of the project.
Reports to senior company management as required by either regulatory requirements or by corporate structure.
