Responsibilities: Architected the end-to-end solution for migrating the in-house Mini-DC to a new location. I also acted as IT PM which required working with multiple teams and multiple vendors on this project.
Project #2: LAN refresh of remote-office

Responsibilities: Architected the end-to-end solution & generated proposals for LAN refresh at our office. I interacted with all the relevant teams involved regularly & tracked the progress using JIRA.
As a TDA I handles projects for Managed Services withing Capita Managed Data Centers.
As a Sr Lead I supported our customers for Managed Services for MPLS 7 DMVPN.
As a Sr Technical Consultant, I handled post-sales projects for installation, configuration & UAT.

Responsibilities: Worked as Senior Technical Consultant for designing & deploying Customer’s new data center. Delay sensitive applications, need of high availability of data and critical data security concerns were key points while working on this project.
Project #2: Data Center Expansion

Duration: 6 Months
Role: Senior Technical Consultant
Responsibilities: Worked on building High level Design as per client requirement/site survey, resulting in production of Low level design. Coordinated for procurement on Equipment Order List, and eventually implemented this with a successful UAT.

Responsibilities: Worked as Senior Technical Consultant for designing and implementing new data center facility which is now a primary data center in India. Working with multiple teams and multiple vendors was a key challenge while working on this project.

Responsibilities: Worked on the Architecture Design for interoperability of Data Network. Criticality of Network, strict processes to follow and fail proof designs with hardly any scope of roll back plans made this project very challenging from normal deployments.

Responsibilities: Worked on Architecture design, implementation, and user acceptance test for the WiFi network access. This Network facilitates the organization with mobility.

Responsibilities: Worked on Architecture design, implementation, and user acceptance test for the LAN, WAN & security. Experiencing new challenges which would demand to coordinate with Customers, Hardware Vendors.
Project #7: Core Banking System

Responsibilities: Initially based in Akola to understand the existing siloed setup and later migrated the network to support Core Banking System and worked on further enhancement to make it highly fault tolerant & resilient. I worked on Planning, Designing, Implementation and support.
And many small projects.
I assisted clients in troubleshooting issues related to networks. I managed Client-Server Infrastructure (AD, DNS, DHCP etc) . Troubleshooting problems related to Server/PC hardware.
• Installation, Configuration and Management of Routers, Switches, Firewalls, Wireless devices and WAN Accelerators.
• Switching Technologies: VLAN, VLAN Trunking, VTP, Spanning Tree Protocol (STP), RSTP, PVST+, HSRP, VRRP, GLBP, VSS, Ether-channel and 802.1X.
• Routing Technologies: RIPv2, EIGRP, OSPF and BGP.
• Configuration of WAN protocols such as HDLC, PPP and Frame Relay.
• Good knowledge of security using AAA (Authentication, Authorization, Accounting) products like Cisco Secure Access Control Server (TACACS, RADIUS)
• Implementing Site-to-site VPN (Virtual Private Network)
• Cisco device hardening using Auto Secure, SSH and ACLs (Access Control Lists) etc.
• Good at configuring and maintaining WAN Accelerators.
