To be part of the Business activities and take responsibility for the day to day administration of the department and dairy of group events
Collection/consolidation of various reports pertaining to South-II branches for timely submission to head office
Dissemination of information/instruction received from General Manager/Head office on timely basis, Prepare or maintain employment records related to events such as hiring, termination, leaves, transfers and providing support to Areas and branches at every step as or when required
To be the main point of contact for general enquiries from both internal and external customers
Scheduling appointments and business meetings with customers/staff in coordination with Regional General Manager for deposit mobilization/fresh injection of deposit in the region
Travelling arrangements for General Manager to various locations for branch/customers visit including processing of approvals, booking of flights and Accommodation
Arrangement of business review meetings, minute taking and managing the notes for the leadership meeting
