RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES,
• Make Check list for required work permit.
• Visit the work area before receiving a work permit.
• Monitor all the hazards on the job site before start of job.
• Implement all control measures for the potential hazards.
• Tell the issuer about all hazards on the site.
• Check work permit validity.
• Do not do the work on invalid or cancel permit.
• Remove people from the site in emergencies.
• Keep the old work permits in record at least 3months.
• Close all permits when job complete or it's time over.
• Minimizing or eliminating hazards.
• Monitoring excavation and confined space.
• Arrange the personnel protective equipment’s for the workers.
