Duties and Responsibilities
• I am proactive with locating and developing new business in line with the revenue and sales.
• Working closely with the Director to prospect, pitch & close new business.
• I ensure all opportunities are taken to promote company’s products to the customers and to increase the client base.
• Gaining a strong knowledge and understanding of a clients’ brand and products.
• Organizing weekly team meetings with staff, directors.
• Address client concerns and ensure the solution of issues in a timely manner.
• I have established key relationships with corporate clients to ensure maximum exposure and increase revenue
• I ensure that all communications with customers are handled within the required time frame and to the company standards
• Besides that I supervise production and other administrative and R & D tasks.
• Maintain & improve dealer network in the assigned region
• Selection of new dealers based on finalized channel strategy
• Provided timely feedback on market situation, sales outlook, competitor's activities, product pricing.
• Monitor distribution, market development & branding functions in the region
