1. Received, issued, log, update and keeping of all the project related documentations i.e. Drawings, Specifications, Data sheets, Method Statements, Material Submittal, Design Calculations etc.
2. Provide the ability to control the documentation flow, filing/archiving, and document handover activities for the project sites, both for the head office and project sites through all phases (Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Commissioning etc.) of the project.
3. Provide a review of all final documentation being generated, in both hardcopy and electronic versions, by project sub-contractors and suppliers in order to ensure that all contractual requirements will be met.
4. Using of Aconex, Conject, Wrench, FTP Electronic Server and Microsoft outlook application for sharing documents related to the projects.
5. Day to day liaison with engineering department to ensure efficient and effective control of all project documentation from any source either generated internally or externally.
6. Control Technical Documents Register (TDR) to ensure the status of all Technical Documents until getting the approval and control, filing/archiving Correspondences, Drawings and Technical Documents, invoice and Performa invoice, Technical and Commercial proposals, Pre-Qualification and other company official non-technical documents.

Maintaining & monitoring project plans, project schedules & site activities and briefing

* Facilitated and coordinated the work of multiple project teams engaged in the
establishment and implementation of new projects to support the Project
Managers.
* Created and tracked purchase orders submissions and complete project close-
out manuals
* Provided timely project status updates to the Project Manager
* Maintain and update company database & Keeping the record of letters and
documents received form consultant and clients and circulating the documents
to project engineers and managers for their information and record.
* Updating the record of Request for Information (RFIs), Site Inspection requests
(SIRs) & Material Inspection Requests (MIRs) for sharing the information to
clients.
* Preparation of organization Chart & project summary for GM and report him
for daily site progress. Issuing of correspondent letters and replies through
Aconex, Wrench & Conject
* Coordinating between procurement departments for Hiring of Cranes &
Equipment for projects. Providing the logistic plan & cranes mobilizing & de-
mobilizing
