• Manage complete accounting cycle including journal entries, ledgers, and financial reporting
• Prepare monthly and annual financial statements for management decision-making
• Supervise accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing and accuracy
• Generate and manage sales invoices through Odoo ERP system
• Perform bank and account reconciliations, resolving discrepancies efficiently
• Maintain project-wise accounting and monitor construction project costs
• Conduct budgeting and variance analysis to control expenses
• Ensure compliance with VAT regulations in Saudi Arabia and prepare VAT returns
• Coordinate with auditors and support internal and external audit processes
• Optimize accounting workflows using Odoo ERP (Accounting, Inventory, Purchase modules)

• Assist in financial planning, Petty cash Management, Forecasting and cost control
• Maintain Cash account of the company.
• Audit financial transactions and documents.
• Maintain financial records and prepare financial statements.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi tax laws (VAT, ZAKAT, ZATCA etc.) and financial regulations.
• Maintains and keeps record of invoice and voucher.
• Manage Balance sheet, Profit & Loss/ Income Statement.
• Handle Accounts payable and receivable, invoicing and expense management
• Manage day-to-day accounting Operations, Including financial reporting, Budgeting, And Auditing.
• Examine financial statements and records to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Inspect and update all documentation and systems related to accounting and company finance.
• Make Report of the financial statement at the end of the month.
• Manage payroll processing and ensure compliance with Saudi labor and tax laws.
• Maintain Stock record on site.

• Maintain Petty cash book.
• Maintain Cash account of the company
• Ensure timely work payments, Maintain payroll
• Preparation of Financial Reports like Income statement, Balance sheet, cash flow statement.
• Audit financial transactions and documents.
• Reconcile Accounts payable and receivable.
• Handle monthly, Quarterly, and annual closing.
• Manage day-to-day accounting transactions.
• Record Purchase and Sale Transaction.
• Maintain stock record on site
