Posted in the “Projects Support & Engineering Group” of Kuwait Oil Company and providing project management and contractual support to Major Projects Groups for timely delivery of capital projects. Managing international Project Management Consultants. Involved in Planning, Scheduling, FEED Activities, Contract Management, Budgeting, Re-phasing, Annual Target Setting, Contract Management Activities, Progress Reporting, Invoice validation, HSE Studies, Value Engineering & Risks Workshops, etc. Conducting weekly review meetings with the Manager and Team leaders, Preparing Groups Balancescore Card, Group Action Plan and Senior Management Annual Incentive Plans. Actively participated in Task Force Teams, Local Content and Lean Six Sigma programs. Undertaking various initiatives to enhance project processes and business improvements including development of Risk Management Standard, Quality System Procedure-ISO 9001, 2015 and Projects Handling Procedure (Capital Projects) for KOC projects.

2. Joined Oil & Natural Gas Corporation Ltd. (ONGC) as an “Assistant Executive Engineer, (Mech.)” in Dec 1990 and was posted at Bombay offshore “Sour Gas Processing Platform”. Approximately six years’ experience in the routine, breakdown, and preventive maintenance of rotary, reciprocating and static equipment, planning of inventories and other day to day plant maintenance. Actively involved during platform modification work.
3. Transferred to western onshore region, joined “Central Workshop” in May’1996. Approximately three months experience in overhauling of oil production equipment and drilling rigs.
4. Transferred to “Major Projects Department of Engineering & Construction Division” and was involved in project management and monitoring of Insitu-Combustion Project at Balol (M) from August’1996 to Feburary’98. Approximately two years’ experience in project planning, management, and monitoring.
5. Transferred to “Onshore Design Group” in March 98 and working as mechanical design engineer till June 2006. Approximately eight years’ experience in design, engineering, project costing, technical bid package preparation, detail engineering, etc.
6. Transferred to Jorhat, Assam in “Engineering Services Group” from June 2006 onwards and has been given responsibility of “Project Coordinator/Engineer” for upcoming “Water Injection Plant” & “Effluent Treatment Plant” and ongoing “Crude oil Trunk Pipeline Project.

Joined Gujarat Nylons Ltd. and was involved in activities related to construction, inspection and commissioning of various process areas and utilities of the new facilities.

Posted at the construction site of the upcoming facility at Kosamba and was involved in monitoring, inspection, and commissioning activities of various mechanical and process systems of GNL.
