- Reporting to the GM Operations about company process and procedures.
- Developing company policies and ensuring compliance.
- Ensure Physical Reporting of Tanks/Trucks on daily basis with proper documentation.
- Checking there Safety and all documents to further process for dispatching with safely and timely dilvered to the customers.
- Ensuring daily spot checking of Tanks/Truck (Re-Dipping Trucks including there Specific Gravity and Temperature) for insuring Loss/Gain of the products and monitoring product inventories.
- Analyzing all operational data
- Preparation, manage and reconciliation all the records of Reciepts and dispatches.
- To perform and prepare of Logistics, Sales and operational departments nature task and reports.
- Invoicing Tank/Trucks to the dispatch location by using SAP S/4 HANA.
- Conduct Safety training to the drivers and other OMC's staff for promoting safety culture.
- Additionally working in all locations of Pakistan Like Karachi (Port Qasim, Keamari, Hub) Sindh (Daulatpur) Quetta and Punjab (Chakpirana).
Receive orders from cargo to enter and monitor cargo tanks. Drain tanks and filters. Fill fuel into tankers arriving at the Terminal, in a fast and safe manner, by means of the loading equipment. Seal the upper inlets of the tank and the discharge valves of the same, in order to secure the load to the customer. Comply with all safety measures of the Terminal at all times.
Revise and fill in all documentation required for filling trucks, verifying with the driver the product (s) to be loaded as well as the volume(s) of the same. Fill cards loaded with API, temperature and time of loading. Revise tankers before filling and report any pertinent situations.
Maintain a clean work area at all times. Provide maintenance services to the loading equipment and execution of the preventive maintenance program of the Terminal, without interfering with the daily filling of trucks (valves and pipes). Calibration of flow meters. Hydrostatic testing of piping. Enable and disable the electric motors for pumps, tanks, filling rack
Participate in all training courses scheduled by the Superintendence of the Terminal, as well as in all contingency drills. Give logistical support in Terminal. Comply with any other task entrusted by the Superintendent within the operations of the Terminal.
Maintained, repaired and calibrated various test equipment
Involved in day-to-day operations that were crucial to maintaining Oil plants by calibrating oil tankers, pressure, flow, dimensional devices and including gage repair.
Fostered positive relationships with all assigned expense centers, and provided technical support and guidance to department managers.
Worked exclusively with a paperless calibration performance and tracking system.

Ensured compliance of co-workers with all safety policies and procedures at all times
Performed daily calibrations on Oil Tankers by using equipment such as, Dip rod, scales, Vernier caliber and measurement tape.
• Monitoring and Operation of Tank Lorry’s of Crude Oil with United Energy Pakistan and Furnace Oil with Pakistan State Oil at Buffer Oil Terminal.
• Check the storage tanks for any defects, malfunctioning or leakages regularly. Make certain the collected materials are stored safely.
• Maintain the operation of such equipment as Diesel driven Generator of 780KVA and 300Kva, pumps and fire pumps using control boards or semi-automatic equipment.
• Monitor and inspect power plant equipment and indicators to detect evidence of operating problems.
• Coordinate the Karachi Electric Company to provide the HSFO within a proper time and manage safe operation whenever transfer going on
• Look after all maintenance of the Terminal and manage them with our maintenance and repairing department to continue the operation safe and sound
• Coordinator of Fire Fighting team as well as do the practice of Fire Drill every month.
• Assign, schedule and oversee the work of Power Plant Operators and others in the operation and repair of machinery on an assigned shift.
• Inspect records and log book entries, and communicate with other plant personnel, in order to assess equipment operating status.
Final Year project:
Integration of Wireless Sensor Network by using PLC of Conveyor weighing system for Industrial manipulation. Sponsored by PAKISTAN STEEL
