Automation Engineer in Sharjah office and testing/commissioning of PLC/SCADA based fully automatic water treatment plants for commissioning & testing at various locations worldwide.
• Customer oriented service on SCADA & PLC, site troubleshooting, program modification etc
• Troubleshooting of Electrical Control Panel, PLC SCADA Programming, PLC Ladder Logic modification, electrical apparatus troubleshooting, emergency fault recovery, SCADA screen modification, Root cause Failure Analysis, Annual Maintenance contract service visit, Plant visit for verification of all electrical apparatus & instruments etc.
• Maintenance, trouble shooting & inspection of electrical apparatus like High pressure pump, transformers, converters, pressure switches, actuators, valves, relays etc.
• Calibration & configuration of analytical process instruments
• Operation & Maintenance contract service visit
• Responsible for PLC SCADA engineer and assisted in developing international project under the contract of Siemens India Ltd for Turbo-generator plant. The project was developed on Rockwell’s controllogix PLC platform and RSView 32 SCADA.
