CRM and ERP implementation and testing using Microsoft Dynamics 365. Strategic plan and change management plan as well as requirements elicitation and option analysis were performed. ROLE Business Analyst Duration One year IAG is a corporation made up of a few businesses diferent businesses with their own asset management systems that were not initially communicating with one another. The issue was identified by cybersecurity remediation project team who then defined a sub-project as a bridging agent to close the commination gap. Therefore, my responsibilities included:
• Training guide drafts (SCRUM board How to page, BAU process Unassigned IPs (AU/NZ), Unassigned VULs analysis, Reporting for Unassigned IPs, VUL Dashboard requirements, acceptance criteria, test cases, testing.
• Created and linked Jira tasks to Confluence board and maintaining the progress.
• Compliance analysis of the current systems and procedures such as DR plans and Cyber security remediation and follow up with stakeholders.
• Requirement gathering for Procurement contracts.

• Creating and published high level integrated master schedules in accordance with the requirements or needs of the necessary stakeholders at APLNG project (EPCM).
• Gathering information from team meetings and liaised with stakeholders on project plan
• Coordinated and conducted training workshops to implement new planning systems and resource management tools, including the training of system implementation (primavera) across the whole project
• Ensuring that an open communication system is available where all stakeholders are informed about changes to established schedules, including the timely and accurate processing of schedule updates.
• Monitoring, tracked and reported project cash flow, planed and prepared budgets and schedules and submitted financial analysis reports.
