Objectives of the Position:
As an HoD-HR is accountable to achieve the common organizational goal as a strategic business partner.
Human Resources Management:
Staffing: Manpower budgeting, Periodic Plan, Job analysis, Recruitment & Selection, Employee Placement, Employee Orientation, Employee’s Probation Review, Manpower Control within budget.
Learning & Development (L&D): Making Learning & Development Calendar, Executing OD Plan as per TNA, Initiating Employee Development Program for prospective staff(s), Initiating Leadership Graduation Program for the senior team, Establishing Corporate Culture, Develop SOP, Periodic ROI assessment.
Employee Care & Industrial Relation (ECIR): Established Vibrant Communication among employees, Employee Care, Grievance Resolve, Employee Engagement, Employee’s Dispute Resolving, and Ensure Employee’s basic Rights as per compliance; Employee Awareness Building on Corporate culture.
Compensation & Benefits (C&B): Establish a competitive pay structure, produce monthly Payroll, Manage HRIS/ERP properly, Help Management by providing reporting such as CTC, daily Attendance, Wages Comparison, Relevant documentation, Cost control within budget & provide customized report/data as management required.
Administration:
General Administration: Access Control, Security Control, Liaison Maintain with local Community & Government Officials, Housekeeping
Support Services: Transport Management, Food Management, Medical Center, Day Care, and Protocol for high official/guest if required
Standardization: Make SOP/Policy for Ensure Administrative Practice Standardization
Emergency Services: Prepare & Ensure Readiness to handle any Emergency. Such as Natural/Accidental disasters.
Compliance:
Social: Ensure all types of Social Compliance as per Customer Requirements
Environment: Ensure all types of Environmental Compliance as per Customer Requirements
Fire & Safety: Ensure all types of Social Compliance & Customer Requirements
Audit Handled: BSCI, SEDX, WRAP, ICS, HIGG FSLM, GOTS, OCS, BWB, ACCORD
Customer with Worked: H&M, M&S, PUMA, UNIQLO, TESCO, VF-ASIA, KONTOOR, TARGET AUSTRALIA, VERNER, C&A, etc.
