Installation and configuration of Client/Server based antivirus software like Trend Micro, McAfee, Symantec, Kaspersky and Sophos.
Installation and configuration of McAfee DLP and Lumension Device control.
Installing, configuring and troubleshooting UTMs like sonicwall, fortigate and cyberoam.
Installing and configuring the barracuda we filter.
Installing and configuring the Anti spam Virtual appliance (IMSVA) and Web filtering virtual appliance (IWSVA) from trend micro.
Providing the technical support to our clients across Middle East region through onsite, Telephonic, email and remote support.

Installing Configuring the outlook 2003, 2007 and 2010
Configuring the network printer and scanner for our internal users..

6) Taking care of network security issues and data recovery in customer place.
7) Providing remote and telephonic support to clients across south India on call basis as per SLA.

Confirming whether uploaded documents are duly accepted by underwriters.
Sending process feedback to the client.
